Exxelor™ PE 1040

Exxelor PE 1040 polymer resin is a maleic anhydride functionalized high density polyethylene produced by reactive extrusion technology. It is mainly designed as a coupling agent in polyethylene fillers, or as a coupling agent or adhesive layer for multi-layer polyethylene systems to ensure mutual compatibility and improve the adhesion of different layers.

This brand is designed for:

• As a coupling agent between reinforcing materials (such as natural fillers and mineral fillers) and high-density polyethylene to improve mechanical properties.

• Realize the mutual compatibility and adhesion between high-density polyethylene and polyamide.

• As an adhesive layer in a multi-layer storage tank system with high-density polyethylene and barrier layer.
