AXELERON™ GP C-0037 BK CPD
Описание материалов:
AXELERON™GP C- 0037 BK is a high quality carbon black masterbatch pellet. It is specially developed for use with polyethylene resin from Dow's Wire and Cable Division. These materials are used as black sheaths for telecommunications and power cables. This is a 45% carbon black masterbatch. When diluted in a specific polyethylene resin, it can meet the requirements of carbon black content and dispersion in telecommunications and power cable specifications. AXELERON™GP C- 0037 BK has a small particle size (an average of 20 milli microns) and is a carbon black pigment with low moisture absorption, which brings excellent weather resistance to the final product. 5.85% is a standard dilution, and the carbon black content in the final product is 2.6%. AXELERON™GP C- 0037 BK contains a processing aid to remove the extruder head drop problem in the final sheath product. AXELERON™GP C- 0037 BK is only used for industrial purposes and is not recommended for water pipes.

DFNC-0037 BK carbon masterbatch and the selected Dow natural resin should be introduced to the extruder hopper uniformly in the correct ratio to assure a 2.6% carbon black level throughout the final product. Use melt temperatures appropriate for the base resin chosen.Hopper drying at 150-160°F (67-71°C) to remove moisture is recommended. |
