Описание материалов:
GECET TM resins are light weight, and high strength expandable interpolymers that withstand high temperatures. These resins are used in the automotive, bicycle helmet, and other industries where it is required to manage the impact energy. For the same stiffness, a part made from GECET TM resins is 20% and 40% lighter than EPP and PU Foam respectively. Usually a part with the same stiffness made from GECET TM resins costs less than EPP and PU foam part. GECET TM resins parts can be molded for a density range of 2.25 to 20.00 pounds per cubic foot (pcf) enabling the designer to custom-tailor GECET TM resins to specific applications. GECET TM resins may be used for applications that require an end use temperature up to 250o F.
All GECET TM resins are black and micro-pelletized with a particle size of 0.6 - 1.2 mm prior to pre-expansion.
