Exxelor VA 1803 polymer resin is a highly flowable, amorphous maleic anhydride functionalized ethylene copolymer produced by reactive extrusion technology. Its fully saturated main chain brings excellent thermal and oxidative stability, which enhances weather resistance. In addition, when mixed with engineering polymers (such as polyamides), the amorphous characteristics make it still have impact resistance under extremely low temperature conditions.
This brand is designed for:
- Adjust the impact resistance of the full range of polyamides when the temperature is as low as -40°C (related to the amount of modifier added in the blend).
- Provide the best balance between stiffness and low temperature performance in polyamide mixtures.
-Adjust the impact resistance of other engineering thermoplastics and technical polymers (with or without glass fibers, fillers, etc.).
- Achieve mutual compatibility between polyolefins and more polar polymers that can interact with maleic anhydride.
